Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
The withdrawal period expires 48 hours prior to the performance of the booked service.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Our contact details are provided below. You may use the attached standard withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.
You may also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically via our website.
If you use this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested the performance of services to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been performed up to the time you communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with full coverage of the service.
Please note that statutory exceptions apply to the right of withdrawal, and therefore certain services or products may not be returned or refunded. We will inform you if this applies to your specific case.
