The ideal season isMay, June, and September: sea temperatures are pleasant, restaurants have full availability, and the island is not overcrowded. July and August see peak visitor numbers — booking ferry and restaurant at least 3-5 days in advance is essential. In August, during the Assumption holiday weekend (August 15), the island can exceed 3,000 visitors in a single day.
